Inspired by Theta Healing brought forth by Vianna Stibal, a 'Change Your Mind' session utilizes kinesology (muscle testing) to explore and change limiting, destructive and crippling beliefs that are inhibiting the natural, creative, beautiful, connected and abundant version of YOU! Sessions are 1-1/2-hours and are done online unless otherwise arranged.
